| POLITICAL SCIENCE
The study of politics is concerned with how power and authority
permeate almost every aspect of our lives---from the state
to the courtroom, boardroom, work place, and the family. Political
Science is concerned not only with how power and authority
are exercised, but also with how these relationships are transformed.
We are interested in the forces that sustain consensus as
well as in the forces that bring about change.
