This website contains a series of online articles on family
issues pertaining to Canada and the United States. I have
written these articles for university/college instructors
and their students, policy makers, media people, and the educated
public--American and Canadian. Each article focuses on a particular
family issue and presents facts, causes (where relevant),
consequences, and interpretations. These analyses are informed
by the disciplines of sociology and psychology.
